Wi-Fi Acceptable Use Policy

Peaceful Pines RV Park provides both a Standard Wi-Fi service and an optional Premium Internet service.

Wi-Fi is provided as a convenience and is not part of your lease agreement or site rental agreement. Internet service is considered a revocable amenity and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at the discretion of park management.

Each RV site is assigned its own Wi-Fi username and password.

Every site receives its own private network ("bubble"), allowing devices within your household to communicate with each other while preventing neighboring RV sites from accessing or interacting with your devices.

You are responsible for all activity originating from your assigned Wi-Fi account.

Do not share your Wi-Fi credentials with anyone outside your household without approval from park management.

Security cameras require approval before being connected to the network.

All cameras must connect only to the designated Camera Wi-Fi network.

Premium Internet charges will be collected with your monthly rent.

Wi-Fi service, including both Standard and Premium Internet, is not part of your lease agreement.

Accounts that are not in good standing, including unpaid rent or unpaid Premium Internet charges, may have Wi-Fi service suspended until the account has been brought current.

While every effort is made to provide a secure network, no wireless network can guarantee complete privacy or security.

Peaceful Pines RV Park provides Internet access as a convenience for residents. While every effort is made to maintain a reliable network, the park does not guarantee compatibility with every device, application, streaming service, gaming platform, VPN, or smart home product.

Residents are responsible for ensuring their personal devices meet current Wi-Fi standards and are properly configured. Older or unsupported devices may experience reduced performance or may not be able to connect.

Residents who rely on internet access for employment, remote work, online education, telehealth, or business purposes acknowledge that internet service may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, equipment failures, utility outages, weather, or service provider issues.

Peaceful Pines RV Park shall not be responsible for lost wages, missed work, business losses, missed appointments, loss of data, or any other damages resulting from interrupted or degraded internet service.

Park management will make reasonable efforts to assist residents with connecting to the Wi-Fi network.

Support is limited to establishing connectivity with the park's Wi-Fi service.

Park management is not responsible for troubleshooting personal computers, televisions, printers, gaming consoles, streaming devices, smart home equipment, security cameras, or other privately owned devices beyond basic network connectivity.

To protect the stability and security of the network, Peaceful Pines RV Park reserves the right to monitor network performance and manage network traffic.
